Remove the fixing screw to detach the sensor, loosen the nut, and take out the valve stem.Mount New Sensor & Valve Insert the valve stem through the rim hole. Tighten the nut to 4.0 Nm with a positioning pin. Attach the sensor closely to the rim and fasten the screw securely.Reinstall Tire Fit the tire onto the rim with the valve facing 180° away from the machine head. Inflate the tire properly and balance the wheel before installation.Sensor Removal StepsRemove the fastening screw and separate the sensor from the valve stem.Pull out the old valve stem with a standard tool; use a rubber cushion to protect the rim from damage.Sensor Installation StepsFeed the new assembly through the rim hole, keeping the flat side toward the rim.Pull the valve straight into place slowly to avoid scratching the rim or damaging the sensor.Registration InstructionsAfter installation, register new sensor IDs via the OBDⅡ port, set standard alarm pressure following official service procedures, and complete system testing.Recheck installation steps and retest if the system does not function normally.OBD Relearn Procedure A universal TPMS activation tool is required.Ensure sensors are correctly installed.Adjust tire pressure to factory standard values.Activate each sensor one by one near every valve stem.Connect the OBD connector to the vehicle port.Turn ignition to ON mode.Transfer sensor data to the vehicle control unit.Disconnect the OBD connector.Restart the vehicle.Drive above 28 mph for at least 5 minutes to finish matching.
