Venom Carbon’s Concrete Wall Reinforcement is an easy-to-use contractor grade carbon fiber foundation repair kit. The kit is used for the reinforcement of bowed/cracked walls of block or poured concrete construction. The Venom Carbon Concrete Wall Reinforcement offers the most dependable permanent repair solution for cracked or bowing block/poured concrete foundation walls. Several factors decide the tensile strength of a wall reinforcement solution, including its design, construction, and binding technology. This kit includes 19oz / 670 gsm 12” wide 12k twill weave carbon fiber. This is a contractor grade carbon fiber which is up to 3x stronger than a 6oz/200gsm carbon fabric. The wider strap allows more surface area for bonding and lets the stress load be transferred across a larger portion of the wall for increased strength. The included structural epoxy provides a permanent bond with the prepared surface to ensure a long-lasting repair. Kit Includes: 10ft of 12” wide 12K carbon fiber, 48 oz of structural epoxy resin system (Venom Carbon Resin 2000 and Project 21 Hardener 2100S), and printed instructions for use.
