Our 65 brix Red Plum Juice concentrate is not an extract, but a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. This product has a dark reddish color. The average single strength is 14.3 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:4.67, yielding roughly 1.25+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 52 gallon drums. This is the perfect ingredient for beer, wine, mead, spirits, hard cider, jelly, flavoring meat or other products, or to make an all natural drink (or add flavor to a current drink).

• FLAVORING: Excellent for flavoring for many food/drink products such as Tea, Meats, CBC products, Standard Cider, Slushies and more. Many beer brewers use in the secondary fermentation for flavor.
• STORAGE: It is best to be refrigerated upon receipt. If stored longer than 2 weeks we suggest to store in freezer. When ready to use, thaw slightly (overnight), use what you need and return remaining concentrate to a freezer until ready to use again. Freezer self-life up to 24 months, opened or un-opened.
